No where on your website does it say that badge pick up on Thursday is for all-weekend pre-reg only.  Or in any of the emails.  It simply states pre-registered members ONLY.  In big capital letters.  Nothing else.  Which led me and my party to believe that anyone who pre-reg’d could pick up their badge early and avoid the lines. 

Even though I was assured at the desk that the website specified all-weekend passes only, it doesn’t. 
I understand now why it is only all-weekend registered attendees but it might be nice for the website/ emails to SPECIFY that, so you don’t waste people’s time.
