Would like to gauge interest in potentially setting up a booth in the Artist’s Alley
Hiya tabletop gamers. My daughter and I are really excited to potentially set up a booth at ConnectiCon in the Artist’s Alley this year. Thing is, we’ve never attended, so we don’t have a good feel for the culture at the con and what sort of things interest people.
We’re hoping to set up a booth to sell basically the same sort of thing that’s on our Etsy shop now, with a few surprise additions in the same vein:

Do you guys think that this sort of thing would go over at CTCon? Is this stuff something that interests you or appeals to you?
Thanks in advance. Mods, if I’m breaking a rule by posting a link to our shop, please let me know and sincerest apologies!!!
While there isn’t an issue with the link, artist alley threads and such should really be kept to the artist alley forum.I’ll just relocate this thread back there real quick. No biggie. (I’ll keep up a temp re-direct in the tabletop forum for a bit, but most users on the forums view all new threads)
And I’ll totally stop by your booth if you end up coming. I really want one of those charms now (It’ll go so nicely with my arm XD)
Ah, OK! Sorry!
I thought it would be more relevant to the tabletop gaming folks than the artist folks but I totally get your position.
Do you have a D20 tattoo or something…? ![]()
Thanks!!

No problem, and yep. Not quite the smallest tattoo - http://tinyurl.com/7yzz57z
We do see people selling dice-related jewelry, but those are a fair bit different from the ones I’ve seen sold in past years. We do have a lot of live gamers / roleplayers who’d be interested in something like that, and the ‘shiny-ness’ factor might also attract the raver crowd/anime fans.
Wow… that’s a really great one. I’m not normally a tattoo kinda guy but that… I’m a little jealous. ![]()
It’s really encouraging to hear that our stuff is unique. I hope it’s “good” unique. ![]()

Let me put it this way. I’m not much of an impulse buyer. But if I saw that at the con, I would have to get one :D
i think these are really cute! im just starting to get into dnd and the like so these would appeal to me and my friends xD and they’re reasonably priced, low enough for buyers, and high enough to make a profit. you would probably do pretty well with these.
I’d definitely stop by to have a look. Those are really cool.
