Furries
hello everyone =D ok this is my first time going to Connecticon and i was wondering are furries aloud? i know there is a furry parade and but i only saw the nine tailed fox. i am working on mine fursuit head i am only being wearing a head tail and paws. i just wanted to double check to see if that alright but i come in with the fursuit and be all like “Hello! i am furrie!!!” then have the volunteers be all like “get out!!!”

No, we do not ban furries from the convention. But please make sure to follow the rules that apply to all cosplayers. IE no nudity and no rough housing/behavior.

It’s not too bad, it’s more along the lines of “if you wouldn’t do it in public, don’t do it here’
We also tend to see at least two to three quad-suits each year, and a lot of people with the standard ears/tails.

Of course furries are allowed.
Doing the furry thing falls into the rules, as do any other life styles at the con. Me and two other buddies run the Furry Parade. We know all about what “can and can’t” when it comes to this. I would have to agree with Cels. The only thing you would have to worry about is not being a furry, but breaking any normal convention rules.
Be as much as a furball as you can be!
