Artist table and associate question

I’m not entirely sure, but I’m fairly certain I have a half table for this years con, though it didn’t ask about where I wanted to be placed like it was suggested it would.

Hopefully that all went through alright, but now I’m wondering about adding my table minion… um I mean friend and associate to that. She’s not currently registered but I can still register her with me for the decreased rate of artist associate right? How?

Oh I really don’t mind where my table is, I’m not worried about making a mint or fame and glory. Mostly just want to make some things and share, maybe recoup some of the cost.

You have to email the AC coordinator to request a table space. But you should be able to register her for an Artist Colony Associates Membership by going to the registration page (when you’re logged on) & selecting the Associates membership from the drop-down menu. That price also stays $35. I just bought one for my friend a couple days ago ^^

Yes, that is one of the “perks” of being an AC Member is that you can purchase an Associate Membership for $35 (lower than our early bird membership rate of $40) all the way up to and even AT the convention (where memberships are $60).

Re: Artist table and associate question

I purchased 6 feet of table space. Does that mean I will be given two membership passes
being that each 3 feet of table is a membership at $75.00 then 6 feet at $150.00 = 2 passes?
Is this right? Will I also have the choice of the names on the passes?

Yes, you get a membership badge for each AC membership you purchase - when you arrive, you’ll be given blank badges to fill out anyway you like.
