The web site still seems to be troubled. But the Panels Chairs have set up a submission form on Google Sites: https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dDIxRXFreGR1SldXR0xSTm9nd3JGenc6MQ&ndplr=1.

No offense meant to anyone here, just a general wariness of the internet: can we get a confirmation from staff that this is correct, and we’re not just sending personal information off to any old joe shmoe?  And maybe even just a link to this form on the “panels & workshops” page of the main website?

Agreed—that would be a Very Good Thing. No offense taken.

Now, if the web site listed the ConnectiCon staff, you could see that Rym and Scott are again chairing panels, and then go to the web site for their Geek Nights podcast, where they’ve posted the link on their forums, and talked about ConnectiCon panel submissions on the show (I believe it was the April 27 episode, when they also talked about Castle Waiting).

But I know that doesn’t really help, because what’s really needed here is someone on the ConnectiCon staff to validate this.

I am Rym, the head of panels for the last two years.  The link above - <!—m—>https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewfor ... MQ&ndplr=1<!—m—> - is indeed correct.  Due to various internal problems, I have been unable to get it added to the web site.  That is an issue beyond my control.

You can email <!—e—>panels@connecticon.org<!—e—>, which actually just goes to me, and I can confirm it from there as well if you are (understandably) dubious. <!—s;)—><!—s;)—>
