Kind of Green Lantern-esque. I don’t really follow comics anymore but it reminds me of an artist at the tip of my tongue.

The green is nothing but a filter sadly. The character is Oracle (Barbara Gordon) from Batman.

I knew it! I think I saw her at the SDCC and they had a giant print of that one. Thought it looked familiar!
