Is it just me or does it seem when Live action an anime combine it tends to make people sad in America? I mean we all knew for years Dragon Ball would be produced into a live action movie but when it came out it made me cry inside like a little emo. I mean seriously they destroyed the orignal concept when did Goku go to school and get in fights? I mean I never liked the series but am I not correct in saying that Goku was about lets say. . . eight about when he started fighting the red ribbon gang. What would of been so bad about sticking to the original story? In my opinion nothing at all but someone had an issue with it. If you have an issue with the real story of an anime DO NOT REMAKE IT INTO A MOVIE AS YOU SEE FIT. Then again that is just my opinion now what brought this up is the fact that FOX yes the FOX network plans to make an anime into a live action with Keanu Reeves as Spike. Oh and more big news! Steven Speildburg is to produce a live action Ghost in the Shell(Still TBA)! I would lvoe to hear some opinions on what you think am it he only one who finds this wrong?

GitS Live Action??? If done properly, that would be incredible…but since the series relies on incredibly detail-oriented plot scenarios, that wouldn’t be possible. I’m sorry to say, Spielberg doesn’t have the talent.

Pretty much. I also like to think that someday they’ll produce a half-way decent film based on a video/computer game but that time is not now, unfortunately. <!—s:-\—>:-\\<!—s:-\—>

Life is like a ride at an amusement park, and when you choose to go on it, you think it’s real, because that’s how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up/down and it has thrills/chills. And it’s fun, for a while. When you’ve been on the ride for a long time, you begin to question: ‘Is this real? Or is this just a ride?’ And other people come back to us and they say ‘Hey! Don’t worry, don’t be afraid - ever - because… this is just a ride.’

Yeah, I thought this topic looked familiar. Good as time as any to revive it.
