Holy Frakking Frak, if you saw Battlestar tonight then no need to explain, if not SPOILER Captain Kira “Starbuck” Thrace has died crushed like a beer can inside a high pressure planet, this is the second time the show has mad me sit there in stun frakking silence. God do I love this show.
post what you think, and remeber Starbuck was a title character, she was number three or four in the opening credits

agreed. I’ve only seen about 3 episodes, but I was still considering getting into it from the beginning. If possible, could you please edit the subject so it’s not a spoiler? Thanks.

No, because, if you watch the show from the begining your already four years behind, also this forum doesn’t say I need to go put Spolier on anything, it wasn’t in the terms and agreements, along with the general rules, anywho if you just started watching BSG, somebody is going to spoil it for you already, ie cylons look human, Boomer shoots Adama and so forth

I’m not generally this rude, but you’re totally wrong. Although the forum rules may not specifically say that you shouldn’t post spoilers, I think it’s a general rule (in both the internet and in real life) that you shouldn’t give away things that people might see. It’s an unwritten rule, like not being overtly racist. And for goodness sake, if people are yelling at you for spoiling the show, don’t go and give away MORE SPOILERS! Duh!

That being said, I can’t believe they killed Starbuck either. You know what this means don’t you?

Well what the frak was I ‘spose to put OMG Battlestar news, or OMG BATTLESTAR Spoiler, you were going to read it anyways then slam me for putting it up. besides, I really dont care if I hurt peoples feeling, cuz I don’t know you guys, and in the end if you hate me I really don’t care, lower my frakking honor rating, because its really going to hurt me oh new spoiler I dont care and their going to strand Baltar on a planet, because guess what like Leoban said this has all happen before, in 1978, they got rid of Starbuck(Dirk Benadick) because he went to the A-Team, in this series Ronlad Moore said it was going to be related to the original show(IE Battlestar Pegasus)
As for the orginal point of this topic, I think she was the one the cast and crew were talking about offing, i mean they said 1 of the top ten and one cylon

They got rid of Dirk Benedict? That’s cool, I didn’t know that. But then, they probably won’t want the new series to be exactly like the old one, otherwise it can get too predictable. And as for Baltar, I have no idea what’s going to happen next, but I’m looking forward to finding out!

like I said the plot similarities are kinda parrell, like I said earlier with the BSP, and even the cylons working with baltar
