So next year’s ConnectiCon begins on my birthday. If I actually get to go, that’s going to make birthday cake with the family difficult.

So next year’s ConnectiCon begins on my birthday. If I actually get to go, that’s going to make birthday cake with the family difficult.
Just tell them that you want to go to dinner at one of the local restuarants like the Arch Taven, and then say “oh look, there’s a convention right across the street…...”.

Basically, the next Connecticon is happening on the year the world will end (2012) on Friday the 13th. That’s pretty epic. I think I’m going to run with that.

Basically, the next Connecticon is happening on the year the world will end (2012) on Friday the 13th. That’s pretty epic. I think I’m going to run with that.
Suddenly I have the Matchbox Twenty song in my head “Let’s see how far we’ve come” pop into my head and a whole THEME of next years CTCon. Why not have screening rooms with as many movies about the end of the world you can. We can have panels on “How to survive the Zombie Apocalypse” and “How to hitch a ride on a Vogon construction fleet”. On my own part I think I’m going to have a little fun making pieces with the end of the world theme sneaking around on my table.

LOL .... well my table is ALWAYS open online ((( shameless self promotion)) ... but I’m in artist alley and at I’ll be open when the doors open! I’m hoping that the artist alley in general keeps getting better. I think the alley is still in recovery from a sale tax ID issue CT had a few years ago.

Ok i always wanted to go to this i dnt no how it work or were it is the website still has 2011 date like i need new info. were? How much? or do i have to buy tickets a head of time? All the info u can give me wiill be greattt!!! thanks

The new website will be launching very soon and will have all the information you need. You will also be able to buy your membership there (We don’t sell tickets, but memberships, since we hold events throughout the year).
