Artists Alley Registration?
Can anyone tell me what’s the status on registering for Artists Alley? I understand that the site has been updated for 2011 already- but i can not register for Artist Alley there.

Re: Artists Alley Registration?
The new site hasn’t launched yet - we took a few hours out of development and testing to update some of the content on the old site (banner, clock, registration dates and membership dues).
We’re actively working on getting the new site finished up and tested so we can launch it asap.

I think I can speak for all the Artist. We don’t mean to put the pressure on you to get the new site and registration up. We just get excited this time of year and a bit anxious. For many of us, CTCon and others like convention are our time to shine. To have people see our and appreciate our work. We look forward to CTCon the from the Sunday evening after the convention and the next 362 days till the next convention. Thank you (all the staff) for working so hard to make the convention happen and we will TRY to contain our enthusiasm till we can register.

Thanks, we appreciate it. And believe me, we wouldn’t insist on making you wait to give us money, lol, but we want to make sure that the site is as kink-free as possible when it launches.

Re: Artists Alley Registration?
I was just wondering what the status is for the Artists Alley registration.
Re: Artists Alley Registration?
I was told it was going to be up later today. That was two days ago. No word yet. Will post updates when they become available.

Still no word on the date for the website. Nor any updates <!—s:(—>
<!—s:(—> Again, will post the very second any information becomes available.
However, it is safe to say that no new posts/info mean the situation has not changed at all. Not even a teensy bit.

Well just to help put more minds at ease and please correct me if I’m wrong Cels but even though nothing has changed a backup plan is in place if I understand correctly. SO SOONER OR LATER some kind of registration will go live.
I’ve already gone ahead and booked my hotel and preparing to have a table at CTCon. I would advise other artist to do the same if they haven’t done so. Just my opinion though.

Yes, The staff at Artist Alley do have a backup plan in place, so that even if the site fails to launch in time, people will still be able to register. Let’s hope it doesn’t have to come to that *fingers crossed*
